Do you offer instant online booking?

No. Medipath Transit does not currently provide instant online dispatch. Transportation inquiries and referrals are reviewed manually by our team.

How do broker-managed rides work?

For broker-managed transportation, rides are generally coordinated through the payer or broker's workflow (such as MTM, Modivcare, or similar programs), then assigned based on network processes.

Can providers submit transportation referrals directly?

Yes. Hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, rehab facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and care coordinators can submit referrals through our provider referral form.

Can private-pay patients or caregivers contact Medipath directly?

Yes. Private-pay clients and caregivers may submit a transportation inquiry. Every inquiry is reviewed for service area coverage, transportation type, and current availability.
